A very special gathering was held one afternoon at the Hacienda ni Lolo Pepe. Very special guests were invited; arrived in Filipiniana attire and; headed to the azotea where the gathering would be held.

Bata… Bata… Magsulat at Kumanta

The Real Bank, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility project, held the annual competition called “BATA…BATA Magsulat at Kumanta” in Cebu and Davao.

Careers

We have immediate openings for the following positions: 

Branch Heads (Cavite, Bulacan, Calamba and Lipa Areas)

  • College graduate of Management, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Finance Management or any related course
  • With 3 years experience in marketing and banking operations, preferably as Branch Head
  • Impressive track record in consistently meeting set deposit and loan targets
  • Male/Female, not more than 45 years old
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aggresive, enthusiastic, organized, flexible, good team player

Account Officers / Assistants (Account Management, Auto Loans, Remedial Account Management)

  • Graduate of Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, or any related 4-year course, preferably not over 32 years old
  • Effective in communicating and dealing with people
  • Willing and fit to travel
  • Assertive, persuasive, resourceful, responsive (has a sense of urgency)
  • Preferably with adequate or at least 3 years professional experience in accounts management and marketing of regular loan products
  • Preferably with adequate or at least 3 years professional experience in marketing and processing of auto loans
  • Preferably with 1 year professional experience in remedial accounts management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

HR Officer

  • Not more than 32 years old
  • Graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology or any allied course
  • Self-motivated, resourceful with a sense of urgency, flexible, persuasive, and a good team player
  • Well versed in communication and interpersonal relations and
  • Has at least three(3) years professional experience in a supervisory capacity in various HR functions, preferably in training administration, recruitment, manpower planning, benefits administration and employee relations.

Security Officer

  • College graduate, at least 30 years old
  • Has at least five (5) years of supervisory experience in the field of law enforcement and/or security operations
  • Possesses all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications provided for under Sections X142 and X143.

 

The Security Officer shall be responsible for: 

  1. The development and administration of a security program acceptable to BSP;
  2. The conduct of continuing security awareness program among all the bank employees to highlight that security is a common concern;
  3. Investigation of bank robberies/hold-ups, recommending the filing of appropriate charges in court as the evidence may warrant and assisting in the prosecution of the perpetrators thereof;
  4. The establishment of an effective working relationship with the BSP, Philippine National Police (PNP), and other law enforcement agencies in the prevention of the crimes and other natural and man-made hazards; and
  5. The conduct of continuing research and studies on new techniques, methods and equipment to enhance bank protection measures

Legal Assistant

  • Not more than 30 years old
  • Graduate of Legal Management, Bachelor of Laws, or any 4-year relat6ed course
  • Training in credit & collection is an advantage
  • Has 1-2 years background/experience as Legal Assistant

Accounting and Audit Assistants

  • Single, not more than 25 years old
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial and Management Accounting or any related course
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Must be fit and willing to travel for audit posts
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Credit Investigators/ Appraisers/ Collectors (Quezon City, Cavite and San Fernando-Pampanga Areas)

  • Male, single, not more than 28 years old
  • Graduate of Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Criminology or any 4-year business or related courses;
  • Willing and fit to travel;
  • Driving skills preferred with license restriction code 1 & 2;
  • Preferably with adequate or at least one (1) year experience in collection, credit investigation or real estate/ machinery/ vehicle appraisal

Secretary / Admin Assistant (Quezon City)

  • Female, single, not more than 25 years old;
  • College graduate of Office Administration, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, or any 4-year business related courses;
  • Aggresive, hard driven and goal-oriented;
  • Has good oral and written communication skills;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Branch Operations Staff & Officers (San Fernando, Pampanga)

  • With experience in any of the following: tellering, new accounts and cashiering functions;
  • Male / Female, between 21-30 years old, at least 5′2″ in height;
  • Graduate of any 4-year business course;
  • Personable, enthusiastic and persuasive;
  • Has above average communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the staff positions.
